When we first joined the Grom community, we quickly discovered that most of the owners were not familiar with fuel-injected bikes. Even well-known shops had no idea how to unlock the power of these little engines. Most of them spread bad information because they believed in profits first rather than helping their customers.
We purchased a Dynojet SD12 to not only prove to the Grom community what our performance parts could do but to also set an example of how to properly tune a fuel-injected motorcycle.
Ren Motowerks was the first company to display the power of ARacer Standalone ECM and to achieve a top speed of 90 MPH on a Grom (proven by GPS). It took years of education to shift the mindset of owners to invest in a high-quality standalone ECM.
